Job Description:
SyberStone is seeking a dedicated Field Technician to install and maintain structured cabling systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and maintain structured cabling systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cabling installations.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the installation process.
• Document all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and other technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in cabling systems or related field.
• Proven experience in structured cabling installations and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to use industry tools and equipment.
• Physical dexterity and the ability to lift and move equipment as required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
