Job Description:
SyberStone is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, anticipating office needs and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and document management.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, demonstrating integrity and discretion.
- Perform data entry and update records as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with billing and payroll duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
